During his early years, Padej concentrated in operations and then being able to progress into Sales & Marketing with key positions in Royal Silk Holidays , Nora Beach Resort Samui, Samui Peninsula, and establishing himself firmly in the industry with Samui Palm Beach Resort.

Throughout the years, Padej has been able to secure strong connections with overseas agents, and is quite influential in his relations with European tour operators, and has forged solid working relations with several on-line agents through his working style. Padej is looked at as a solid contributor to any organization and his pleasant personality makes him an asset in Sales & Marketing techniques. Padej is well respected and known for his sense of creativity in marketing efforts as well as his desire to keep in close contact with various governmental agencies in establishing new avenues for promoting properties under his responsibility.
