K Phouwanart comes from a strong background in Operations, especially in Rooms Division. Being a veteran in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years, and learning the trade starting at respected hotels such as Shangri-La Hotel Bangkok, Dusit Laguna Phuket, and Chedi Phuket specializing in all operational duties of the Rooms Division, K Phouwanart established his love and passion for the industry quickly.

K Phouwanart was later commissioned to the opening team as Hotel Manager of the highly renowned boutique property called Rest Details in the beach resort of Hua Hin, Thailand. K Phouwanart was instrumental in establishing the policies and procedures of the resort in all aspects of operations, including Rooms Division, Sales & Marketing, and Food & Beverage. The boutique property opened in 2008 and continues to this day to be one of Hua Hin’s most popular and established properties, developing a name in the charm and hospitality of its management and staff.

To further his career, K Phouwanart continued with the pre-opening team of another boutique resort of Sala Talay Resort and Spa in Krabi, Thailand, and assisted in establishing policies and procedures before accepting a position as Hotel Manager in Sukhothai Heritage Resort in 2008. K Phouwanart quickly established the hotel to be the leading properties in the Sukhothai region, well known for service and its facilities.

Prior to joining up with Elixir Hospitality Management Solutions, K Phouwanart again assisted in the pre-opening team of Le Palais Juliana in Luang Prabang . With his wealth of experience in pre-opening and operations, K Phouwanart has joined EHMS, and is expected to provide a strong complement to the management team of the company. K Phouwanart deals and corresponds well with owners and owner’s representatives and will be handling operations with various resorts of the company.
