Being an experienced and well respected hotelier for over 22 years in the industry, Werachej has distinguished himself in the field of Sales & Marketing, with stints at large hotel chains in Thailand, including Dusit Thani Hotel, Le Meridien Phuket / Baan Boran, Novotel Rim Pae / Samui, Melia Hua Hin, Bsngkok Marriot Resort and Spa, Merchant Court Bangkok, and even Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya. Werachej has been able to manage and motivate several marketing teams throughout his career, and can count several Director of Sales & Marketing executives around Bangkok, as working under his tutelage and directions.

Presently, Werachej has branched out on his own and has accepted projects in which he has developed Sales and Marketing strategies for several resorts in Phuket and Koh Tao. Werachej has further pushed himself into business entrepreneurship by taking over The Cottage Suvarnabhumi, a budget accommodation resort with over 100 units, near the Suvarnabhumi Airport, and will assist in management and other marketing campaigns as part owner.
