Over 25 years in the hospitality industry and especially in food and beverage management from the ranks as well as top executive positions in managing operations of a hotel, has given Daniel vast experience in setting up the food & beverage division both in the front and back of the house operations towards achieving the desired objectives. Experiences that mostly gained are from pre-opening of 5 hotel’s food and beverage divisions, 1 re-branding and also several opportunities as task force in Indonesia (Bali, Jakarta, Bandung,) during employment with Hyatt Hotels and Beaufort Hotels.
During operational experiences, Daniel was instrumental in front of house management, and establishing good rapport with guests and department heads, and has developed a strong reputation as a people oriented executive, very supportive of staff, and willingness to be flexible.
As an Associate Director of EHMS, Daniel is expected to achieve harmonious working relationships with management teams, and can handle or overcome situations which could seriously hamper hotel operations.
