Coming from a Food & Beverage background , Arnukul has much experience in the creation of several Food & Beverage concepts throughout his 25 years plus in the hospitality industry. Arnukul has worked in all areas of Food & Beverage including Bar, Kitchen, and Food & Beverage management in various hotels such as Amari Watergate Hotel in Bangkok, Marriot Royal Garden Riverside Bangkok, Central Samui Beach Resort, Imperial Samui, and several independent boutique resorts as Nora Beach Resort in Samui, Sala Samui Resort, and finally as Group Food & Beverage of Kirikayan Resort & Spa Group.
Arnukul perfected his many culinary skills throughout his career and has been able to distinguished himself as a culinary chef at the Mangosteen Restaurant in Munich, as a Beverage trainer for the Amari Group, Thai cooking trainer for the Sala Samui Resort, and finally as a Promotions and Product research manager for Chateau de Loie Winery in Thailand. Arnukul’s vast expertise in several areas of the Food & Beverage department has proven invaluable for his career, and Arnukul is a much sought after trainer and manager in this field.
With EHMS, Arnukul will be lending his vast experience to assist various hotels in creating and developing their Food & Beverage concepts.
